Vodafone's 3G network with mobile connect offers connection speeds up to seven times faster than a standard 56K modem dial up connection. You can even stay connected whenever you want because you'll only pay for the amount of data you send and receive. Quite simply, it means that you can work from out of the office without compromising. Even if you find yourself in an area without 3G coverage the data card will keep you connected by switching automatically to GPRS connectivity. In both cases you'll be able to:
• access internet-based email accounts
• browse any web page
• send and receive text messages
• chat using instant messages
• monitor your usage
Controlling your costs...
When you connect your Vodafone 3G data card through Westlake you'll be able to choose between four monthly packages depending on your estimated usage. Each package includes a 'bundle' of data usage for both 3G and GPRS every month, with additional usage charged separately. Say goodbye to 'snail paced' connections; the 3G data card makes mobile working actually work!
The Vodafone 3g Data Card and Vodafone Mobile Connect enables ‘mobile’ access to email and business applications as well as browsing the Internet . Mobile access is via 3G or GPRS dependant on location and data card.
