GSM Gateways are also known as Multi Sim Gateways or Multi Sim GSM Routers - They provide an ISDN30 interface (PRI / E1) which connects to the ISDN card of a phone system. ITS Telecom have been manufacturing GSM Gateway and Fixed Cellular Terminal equipment since 2003 and supply a range of GSM Terminials to suit most business requirements. The range starts with the CGW-T which is a single SIM analogue FCT (Fixed Cellular Terminal) which is designed to connect to the analogue trunk port of a telephone system. Multiple units can be connected if additional calls are required, just like adding extra phone lines. The next product in the range is the CGW-I which is a dual SIM ISDN2e GSM Gateway that connects to a phone system via the ISDN2 line port, again in the same way that you would connect a standard ISDN2e telephone line. Again, if more simultaneous calls are required then simply attach additional CGW-I units to spare ISDN2 trunks ports on the telephone system. The latest product is the CGW-VIP which is a VoIP GSM Gateway for use with an IP PBX. The CGW-VIP is a dual SIM device and simply connects onto the business LAN and is accessed via an IP address. The CGW-VIP acts as a SIP Server and Registrar which means that the company VoIP telephone system can connect to the unit as it would another SIP service provider to enable calls to be made and received over the GSM mobile phone network.

A Fixed IP SIM card enables the 3G Router to have a static IP address so that it is easily accessible from an external network which means that devices on the LAN can be easily managed and monitored. By using a Mobile Broadband SIM Card with a static IP address with a 3G Router you can easily manage remote PC's, IP CCTV or M2M Machine to Machine Applications.
