The ericsson G35 fixed cellular terminal replaces the popular ericsson f250m fixed cellular terminal. The ericsson G35 can be used as a stand alone device to enable the user to plug in a standard analogue (POTS) telephone to make and receive calls using the GSM network, or the ericsson G35 can be connected to the analogue trunk port of a PBX telephone system enabling the extension users on the phone system to make calls directly over the GSM mobile phone network. The ericsson G35 is ideal for use with mobile phone tariffs offering low cost or free calls to mobile phones for cost reduction or as a back up telephone line.

The Ericsson G32 GSM Terminal replaces the Ericsson F221m Fixed cellular Terminal.

With the introduction of faster data rates over the GSM network, Ericsson have incorporated EDGE technology into the new G3 Series. Offering speeds of up to 243 kbps, EDGE is very similar in speed to low end broadband plans usually only reserved for landline carriers.

As nearly every new computer and laptop on the market now offer USB ports, the G3 Series can now be conveniently connected to a computer via a standard USB cable.

The CGW-T fixed cellular terminal is connected to the analog trunk interface of the PBX. The Automatic Route Select Table (ARS) in the PBX defines which calls will be automatically routed via the CGW-T fixed cellular terminal to the pre-defined GSM network. In doing so, the Talksaver Plus gateway reduces the company’s telephone costs.

Installation of the Celuline CGWT does not require special skills. Simply insert the SIM card, connect the unit to the PBX trunk interface, attach the antenna and power supply and your CGW-T fixed cellular terminal can immediately start saving money for you. The unit has an LCD display, which shows the GSM operator’s name, the signal strength and other useful call progress information.

A number of additional parameters for the CGW-T Fixed Cellular Terminal, such as Audio Volume Control, Conversation Time-Out and Restricted Digits, can be programmed via DTMF.
